This proposal seeks to streamline the Policy Development Process by reducing the time assigned to the last-call-for comments period.
Rationale (Describe the problem you intend to solve)In practice, ‘idle’ times have often been observed during the last-call-for-comments period during which no comments are received regarding the proposal. The current process, however, establishes a 45-day waiting period for a proposal to reach the Board, even if no comments are received.
